Delegation of Federal State Autonomous Institution "National Medical Research Center" Inter-Branch Scientific and Technical Complex "Eye Microsurgery" named after S.N. Fedorov visited BelMAPE

On March 2, 2023, a delegation of the FGAU NMIC “IRTC “Eye Microsurgery” named after S. N. Fedorov represented by the director of the Orenburg branch of the FGAU NMIC "IRTC" Eye Microsurgery" named after S. N. Fedorov of the Ministry of Health of Russia, head of the Department of Medical and Biological Engineering of Orenburg State University, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Alexander Chuprov, and Deputy General Director for Organizational Work and Innovative Development, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation Nazir Khojaev visited BelMAPE.

The meeting was attended by the First Vice-Rector of BelMAPE, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Andrey Platonov, Associate Professor of the Department of Ophthalmology of BelMAPE, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Galina Vashkevich, head of the Educational and Organizational Department Olga Morozova.

First Vice-Rector of BelMAPE Andrey Platonov cordially received the guests and showed around the Academy and Museum of BelMAPE.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of postgraduate medical education, organization and conduction of educational refresher courses, internships, the possibility of holding joint scientific and practical conferences, educational events, including online ones, on topical issues of ophthalmology.

The parties expressed interest in signing an agreement on international cooperation.

During the meeting, there had been identified the cooperation priorities: exchange of professional knowledge and experience of specialists, integration of knowledge into educational and medical practice, as well as strengthening of international relations.
