Participation of BelMAPE at the Ist International Congress ROSMEDOBR

On the 15-17 th of September, 2022, the 1st International Congress of ROSMEDOBR was held in Moscow, in the frameworks of which the 13th INTERNATIONAL FORUM "Innovative Educational Technologies in Medicine-2022" and the 1st Congress of the Russian Society of Medical Education Specialists were held.

On behalf of BelMAPE, the senior lecturer of the Department of Public Health and Health Care Svetlana Denisova made a report on the topic "The system of continuous additional education of a nurse - a leader in the Republic of Belarus".

During the Congress, key issues of medical education and personnel policy in healthcare were highlighted, including the following: staffing the healthcare industry; targeted reception – needs planning and organization; use of advanced technologies in education; effective methods for assessing competencies; continuing medical education and periodic accreditation; clinical bases, admission of teachers and students to clinical work; digitalization of education, work with information systems.

The speakers were leading experts in the field of medical education, representatives of the Ministry of Health, the National Medical Chamber, the Central Accreditation Commission and others.
