In her speech, head of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare of BelMAPE Marina Shchaveleva noted that the department has been dealing with the problem of emotional burnout of medical workers, including healthcare organizers, for more than 15 years. In the course of studying this problem, a number of regularities were revealed. Managers with little managerial experience are more susceptible to EV: with the experience, knowledge gained during training, they gain the ability to rank the tasks to be solved, as well as to delegate authority. Training programs for healthcare organizers at retraining and advanced training courses at the department provide for the study of the issues of the occurrence of EV and its prevention.
