Tatyana Baranchikova, a laboratory assistant of the Department of Plastic Surgery and Combustiology of BelMAPE, entered the II stage of the Republican competition “Multicolor of Talents – 2022” among healthcare organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus.

On October 21, 2022, Tatyana Baranchikova took part in the gala concert of the winners of the "Multicolor of Talents - 2022" contest with the author's song "Malchugan" (poetry, music by Tatyana Baranchikova, backup dancer - children's ensemble "Naughty Lights"), for which she was awarded a Diploma in the nomination "Author's Inspiration"
