Elena Kurlyanskaya was born in a family of physicians in Nesvizh. In 1996, she graduated from Minsk Red Banner of Labour State Medical Institute.
In 2003, she defended Candidate’s thesis entitled «Chronic heart failure: high-tech methods of prevention, diagnostics and treatment».
In 2015, she got the academic title of associate professor.
In 2017, he was awarded the highest qualification category.
Since January 15, 2018, she has been working as a Deputy Director for Therapy at State Institution "Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Cardiology ".
She has skills in diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
She developed and implemented 11 instructions for use; she received 5 patents for invention. Elena Kurlyanskaya takes an active part in the Heart Transplant program. She gives consultations to cardiological and cardiac surgery patients in the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Cardiology" and in clinics of the country.
He is an author of 202 publications, 50 foreign ones. Annually, he participates with oral and poster presentations at the European Congress on Heart Failure, as well as at cardiology and cardiac surgery congresses in the Republic of Belarus and abroad.
Elena Kurlyanskaya is a member of the Scientific Society of Cardiologists of the Republic of Belarus, All-Russian Society of Specialists in Heart Failure, European Society of Cardiology, European Society for Heart Failure and the European Society for Echocardiography.
She takes an active part in the organization of clinical and scientific conferences, scientific and practical seminars on the problems of diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
She was awarded a Diploma of the Minsk City Executive Committee (2009), the Badge of Excellence in Healthcare (2014), and the gold medal of the European Society for Heart Failure (2019).
Regularly, she gives lectures for doctors of practical health care of the Republic of Belarus. She gave lectures at the Department of Cardiology with a Course in Rheumatology.
