Ezhi Vizhinis

Assistant of the Department of Surgery

Ezhi Vizhinis was born on the 25th of December, 1959, in the town Schuchin, Grodno region.

From 1978 to 1984 Ezhi Vizhinis studied at Grodno Medical Institute, at the Faculty of General Medicine.

From 1985 to 1988 he worked as a surgeon in clinics of the towns of Borisov and Schuchin.

From 1988 to 1990 Ezhi Vizhinis underwent clinical residency at the Department of Surgery of Belarusian State Institute of Advanced Medical Training.

From 1990 to 2003 he worked as an attending physician at the Surgical Unit of Minsk Regional Clinical Hospital.

Since 2003 until the present г Ezhi Vizhinis has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Surgery of Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.

Ezhi Vizhinis is an author of more than 160 scientific works, including 35 journal articles, 5 inventions, he is also a co-author of a monograph. His scientific works include the issues of abdominal, thoracic and purulent surgery.
