Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor, head of the Department of General Dentistry of BelMAPE, physician of the highest qualification category
Natalia Yudina was born in Minsk. In 1984, Natalia Yudina finished Secondary School №27 in Minsk and was admitted to Minsk Medical Institute. Being a 4-year student, Natalia Yudina was admitted to Moscow Medical Institute of Dentistry, which she graduated from in 1990. She worked in practical healthcare (1990-1992 – in the village of Mytischi, Moscow region; 1993-1994 – in the 8th City Polyclinic of Minsk). She did training at clinical residency at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of Minsk State Medical Institute (1995-1997). She was a scientific advisor of the Center of Health World Organization (1997-1998) at the Department of Minsk State Medical Institute, assistant of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of Belarusian State Medical University (1998-2003), associate professor of the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of Belarusian State Medical University (2003-2005).
Since November, 2005, until the present, she has been working as head of the Department of General Dentistry of BelMAPE. She actively participated in the creation and development of the Department of General Dentistry.
In 2001, she defended Candidate’s thesis.
In 2010, Natalia Yudina defended Doctoral thesis entitled «Prevention and treatment of dental diseases in patients with coronary artery disease (experimental - clinical study)».
She is a member of the Center of Health World Organization (1998—2005), international organizations: IADR (since 2000) FDI (2000) EPMA (since 2010), a member of the Council of Belarusian Republican Dental Public Association since 2006. She participated in international seminars and was a member of different working groups.
She has been actively developing cooperation with the Institute of Dentistry of Odessa (the Ukraine), Institute of Physics named after Stepanov (the Republic of Belarus) and State Establishment « Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko» (Russian Federation).
Within the framework of international cooperation, she calibrated specialists from the Russian Federation and Ukraine to assess dental status using internationally recognized and WHO-recommended indices. She was the organizer and participant of epidemiological studies of the population (Russian Federation, 2010; Republic of Belarus, 2010, 2017), the results of which are placed in the WHO global databank.
Natalia Yudina is an author and coauthor of more than 300 scientific works, including 8 monographs, 43 guidance manuals, 13 patents, 17 instructions.
She is a chief editor of the publication "Dental Journal" (Republic of Belarus), a member of the editorial board of the journal "Modern Dentistry" (Republic of Belarus) and "Problems of Dentistry" (Russian Federation).
