Oleg Pankratov

Oleg Pankratov was born in Minsk. In 1993, he graduated from Grodno State Medical Institute with a specialty in General Medicine. From 1993 to 1995, Oleg Pankratov did clinical residency at the Department of Dermatovenerology of Belarusian State Institute for Advanced Medical Training. After the clinical residency, he worked as a dermatovenerologist at Minsk Clinical Venerology Dispensary. From October, 1998 to November, 1999, he did PhD course at the Department of Dermatovenerology of Belarusian State Institute for Advanced Medical Training. After the defense of his Candidate’s thesis, Oleg Pankratov worked as an assistant, since January, 2005 – as an associate professor, since December, 2009 – as professor of the Department of Dermatovenerology of BelMAPE. Since October, 2012, Oleg Pankratov has been working as head of the Department of Dermatovenerology of BelMAPE.

Oleg Pankratov is an author of more than 270 scientific publications, 14 educational guides, 8 instructions for use, 9 clinical protocols, 2 rational proposals and etc. The results of his scientific work are widely recognized not only in the Republic of Belarus, but also abroad. He annually participates at republican and international scientific forums.

Oleg Pankratov has the highest qualification category in dermatovenerology (2006). He is actively involved into clinical work: he consults patients, makes rounds at dermatovenerology divisions of City Clinical Venereologic Dispensary, Republican Advisory Center for Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology, Professor’s Advisory Medical Center of BelMAPE.

Oleg Pankratov regularly improves his professional level: advanced training courses (2010, 2014, 2015), a retraining course in cosmetology (2012) in BelMAPE; Salzburg Medical Seminar in Dermatovenerology (Austria, 2013); participation in republican and international conferences.  

Oleg Pankratov is a member of the Belarusian Public Organization of Dermatovenerologists and Cosmetologists, European Academy of Dermatology and Venerology, The International Union against Sexually Transmitted Infections (IUSTI), Euro-Asian Association of Dermatovenerologists (EAAD).
