Tamara Avramenko

Associate professor of the Department of Emergency Care and Disaster Medicine

Date of birth: 26th of August, 1952

In 1975 Tamara Avramenko graduated from Minsk Red Banner of Labor State Medical Institute on the specialty «General Medicine». She got the specialty “General Practitioner”.

Her scientific degree is Candidate of Medical Sciences. On the 14th of June, 1985, Tamara Avramenko defended her thesis on the specialty 120006 (Cardiology) at Kaunas Medical Institute.

On the 17th of January, 2001, she obtained the degree of an associate professor on the specialty «Clinical Medicine».

The subject of her dissertation work was «Arterial hypertension in uncoordinated group of men aged 40–59, who live in Minsk».

Before the admission to Belarusian State Institute of Advanced Medical Training, she had been working as a senior scientific researcher at the Laboratory of Social and Preventive Cardiology of Belarusian Scientific and Research Institute of Cardiology. 

Since the 17th of January, 2001, Tamara Avramenko has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Emergency Care and Disaster Medicine of Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
